COTSWORKS is pleased to announce a successful AS9100D & ISO9001:2015 audit in October. This the company’s second in-person audit since the onset of the pandemic and is our first audit by our new registrar Intertek, who acquired our previous registrar, SAI-Global. After completion of the 2-day audit of our processes and documentation, Director of Quality Ken Kingston commented: “We are glad to get back to in-person audits and the thorough review that comes with them. COTSWORKS completed the audit with minor findings and looks forward to continuous improvement in all areas, not just the minor items noted. Our Audit firm Intertek was here in Cleveland to work with us and help us find ways to improve our systems and results.” COTSWORKS is proud to be a certified small business holding an AS9100D certification.
