Donna Rhodes is an experienced organizational development and employee effectiveness executive with a career built on successes from entrepreneurial, corporate, non-profit, and educational organizations. She has demonstrated her capabilities in a variety of leadership, general management, and consulting areas within human resources, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, as well as leader and employee development. Donna currently serves as the Chief People Officer at COTSWORKS, INC. in Highland Heights, Ohio. Her primary responsibilities are for the development, maintenance, and administration of the company’s HR policies, programs, and people strategy. Donna joined COTSWORKS in early 2018 and is the leader of organizational effectiveness and talent development throughout the company. She serves as a strategic advisor and promotes initiatives that enhance the company’s culture while working with COTSWORKS’ employees to achieve the company’s business goals. Donna is a member of the leadership team and provides input into the strategic direction of the company. With over 20 years of experience, Donna specializes in talent management and workforce development as well as leading organizational change in growing, competitive companies. Prior to joining COTSWORKS, Donna held roles at MAGNET, Hodge Enterprises, and National City Bank.
