COTSWORKS provides Commercial Off-The-Shelf Pluggable Transceivers for Military and Aerospace OEMs to use in high-speed COTS network switches. With bandwidth and channel density demands constantly increasing, switches from Tier 1 Network OEMs are being used more often in controlled or semi-controlled environments. These switches use MSA-compliant pluggable ports and associated transceivers. COTSWORKS pluggable transceivers offer screened optics with expanded link budgets to enable more robust links. In addition, COTSWORKS transceivers are designed to work in challenging environments with expanded temperature ranges and options for conformal coating. The COTSWORKS supplied parts are overseen and supported through our AS9100 processes and the company’s lifecycle support programs.
